Take Time For Self-Care
When you begin to feel thirsty, it actually means you are already a little dehydrated. The same concept is true for self-care. When you're craving some space, down-time, a massage, or just a little more sleep... it means you're already depleted, have been stretched too thin, and are in need of some self-care.
4. Read A Book: Even 10 minutes of reading a book that you're interested in or that helps you escape gives you a sense of time spent on something you love to do (if you enjoy reading). It helps break up the busyness and help you feel less frantic.
I encourage you to give some of these a try this month. Just doing 1 thing per week for yourself can make a big impact on how you feel and in turn, improving your mood, how you interact with others, decisions you make, and your overall health.
I'm joining you, too, this month --- with a yoga challenge through my favorite local studio on the water. While I can't make it into the studio everyday, I can surely practice each day in some capacity. I'm excited about committing to this challenge because one of my goals this year is to gain flexibility, more calm, and improve my yoga practice.

A gentle exfoliation of the skin is important from time to time and we like to do it a couple of times per season. It sluffs away dead skin cells and makes your skin soft, smooth, and radiant. Plus, it's really good for circulation, too. Add dry brushing right before and you'll feel completely rejuvenated.
