Being a mom is extremely rewarding every single day. But we all have days where we want to just get out of the house, pull out our hair, or just simply go to sleep. If you’re like me, and are also working from home, it can be especially tiring and stressful at times (but all SO worth it)! Even though it’s worth it during this temporary life stage that in the long run is fleeting, we still need our minds and bodies to cope, handle, and process the stress. PLUS, a little energy boost can’t hurt.
Here’s what I do regularly. It takes 1 minute or less and you will feel revived, refreshed, and re-focused.
(Tip: this is also a perfect refresher for ANYONE who spends a lot of time on the computer).
